After an initial site meeting to uncover your project needs + wants, timeline and budget, we provide you with a proposed Scope of Work outlining your requirements (including fees).
Upon approval, a retainer is received and the design process begins!
Clients choose this option when planning a renovation/addition or building a new home/office.
Drafting Services +
Permit Drawings
(fee based on size + scope)
Interior design isn't just about pretty things. Most projects start with the fundamentals of drafting and space planning. These services can include full specifications, but they don't have to!
When you hire a trained interior designer to draft your project for permit or construction, you not only get quality working drawings, you also get the added value of proper space planning, function, and code compliance.

Please note, while we try to accommodate all projects types and sizes, we may have to turn away smaller Scopes of Work depending on our current workload. From signing the contract we will typically start on your project within 4-6 weeks.
