If you haven't already selected a contractor for the project and wish to consider multiple options, we'll distribute the contract documents to few trusted trade partners. This process includes coordinating site visits, facilitating communication, conducting reviews and analyses, awarding the project, and, if necessary, preparing cost-cut proposals. If you have already chosen a contractor, we follow the same steps outlined above, but exclusively with the selected contractor.
