1,595 sq. ft. new heart clinic located in downtown Brandon completed in June 2019. Grey Pearl worked in collaboration with Voitec Architect Inc. to provide space planning for a newly subdivided space in the Town Centre. Once permit drawings were completed by the architect, Grey Pearl provided budget-conscious specifications, millwork details and furniture.
